At Paw Baby, each wool felt portrait is handcrafted with care and detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, shipping times reflect both the time needed for creation and delivery.

Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
1. Standard Shipping – Made to Order (2–6 months)

Your order will be placed in our standard production queue and crafted in the order received

Ideal for those who are not in a rush and want the full handmade experience
2. Express Shipping – Priority Handmade (1–3 months)

$100 USD flat fee

Your order will be prioritized in both production and dispatch

Recommended for gifts or memorials that are time-sensitive
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of your order and seasonal demand. We will notify you via email when your item has shipped, along with tracking information.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your portrait is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on the courier and your location. Delays caused by customs, weather, or postal services are outside our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please first check with neighbors and your local postal office. If your package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, contact us at rose@pawbabyart.com , and we’ll assist with filing a claim.

As each piece is made by hand, there may be occasional delays during high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery timeline.
